Lightwave turn industrial emptiness into impactful experiences.

Lightwave helped our long-standing client Principal Global Events deliver this event for a hybrid multi-cloud computing business client. Each year they host networking events, the pinnacle of which is a coveted festival-like conference which invites delegates from all over the world.

Changing location every year to accommodate their global clientele, 2024 saw the annual conference take place in beautiful, sunny Barcelona. Over 4,000 attendees were expected and Lightwave transformed a sprawling exhibition space into a vibrant Spanish fiesta to conclude the week's event.

At Lightwave, we love a good party and we know how to throw one! There were multiple stages, hundreds of lighting fixtures and PA to cover every corner of the space. Lightwave were responsible for providing full lighting design, sound solutions and video requirements. The tight schedule of the event only allowed us one day to build and install everything needed to create the surrealist wonderland. Inspired by Salvador Dali and Antoni Gaudi, the closing party was to be an explosion of colour and sound, a feast for the senses and above all an unforgettable experience.
